Today I made an appointment to show a house. The listing agent ask me some questions in-regards to my buyer. The normal questions, do they have a house to sell, how long have they been looking, oh and how long are you working with them. How do you tell a buyer that this is the right house for them. After looking at approximately 35 houses and they make an offer on a home,i s this the right house? I would say so. It has all the amenites that they were looking for. I told them if you keep comparing homes to this one, then this is the right house for you. I feel a young girl should be aloud to wear make-up at the age of 13 or 14 depending on their maturity.
