I will make this just short and sweet to read, but I am very excited on it all. Yeah, you read it right. Just thought I would share with everyone that I am just got into escrow with my first buyer, (personal friend of mine). It is a very exciting time and now I just want to close something from Active Rain.

So here we are, almost at the weekend, finally. I just wanted to get people's opinions on personal websites for Realtors, and if they find them useful. My business partner, David Duarte, has a website that was made for him, though it was auto-generated. I personally want to work with a company called Agent Image to make a new site and have that professional look in the industry. What are your thoughts? I am sure by now everyone has at least seen or visited the Movoto.com website and has used it at some point. Now is there anyone out there that actually works with or for Movoto? There is a guy in my office that gets great leads from Movoto it seems and they basically hand feed him all the necessary information on the client, he closes the deal, and Movoto walks away with 25% of the commission. I just wanted to see how everyone is doing in todays market and how the internet is working for everyones business. My partner and I are using a couple websites to generate leads and some are great and others are horrible. I know that the personal referrals and past clients are simply the best methods of getting new leads. But just wanted to see what others are using and what else is working.
