coconut grove: No Carpets, Yes To Pets & Moving Before the Holidays.

Its a crazy time of the year. Its been two very long weeks. Everyone is running around trying to move before the holidays. I am constantly getting calls saying " I need an apartment" followed by me asking "for what date" and the response always seems to be "ASAP or more importantly BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS" . I've not slept lately trying to find my clients "their dream home" and lately their dream homes includes marble, tile NO CARPET, stainless steal appliances and pet friendly communities/buildings.
