Cozatt & Nabholz Real Estate is pleased to announce their agency agreement with Jim and Sandy Kinnamon, of Kinco Construction, who plan to develop a new community in Fort Ashby. The development, called Creekside Manor, will allow residents nearly half a mile of access to Patterson's Creek for fishing, swimming, and relaxing.
