My efforts with Activerain.com are beginning to pay off. After posting on a few blog articles I have recieved a quality lead for my listing located on Kurtz St. in San Diego. I first heard of Activerain.com from advice from a friend in the Residentail Real Estate business. I reviewed the site and was quick to identify the potential for generating business from Activerain was low.
