I wrote an Offer, what is your Response Time?
Have you ever wonder, what is the Response Time after you have submitted an Offer on a Home? In California on Page 8 of the Residential Purchase Agreement(C.A.R Form RPA-CA, Revised 4/13) it says the Offer Expires on the 3rd Day after the Home Buyer has signed.  There is 72 Hours to here a Response.

When considering to write an Offer on a Home, have your Agent prepare Comp's
for the Subject Property. Ask questions: How many Days on the Market, any Deferred
maintenance, Occupied or Vacant, and LOCATION?
2.  Waiving Inspections.
Don't waive any Inspections. When the Transaction Close, you are the New Owner.
Be sure you Buy your Home knowing all the FACTS. Types of Inspections Recommended:
Physical Home Inspection, Termite, Mold, Soil, Structural, Roof, Electrical, Plumbing,
Septic if Applicable, Well Inspections.
3.  Blind Offers.
