I wrote an Offer, what is your Response Time? Have you ever wonder, what is the Response Time after you have submitted an Offer on a Home? In California on Page 8 of the Residential Purchase Agreement(C.A.R Form RPA-CA, Revised 4/13) it says the Offer Expires on the 3rd Day after the Home Buyer has signed. There is 72 Hours to here a Response.
Does this happen? In some cases Yes, and No. Why? Some Real Estate Agents holds on to the Offers before they submit them to the Homeowner. For example the Listing Agent has received Offers throughout the (0 comments)
