Their Goal is to Net you the Best proceeds at the Close of Escrow. The Majority of REALTORS work under a Broker's License, which they are on a Split Commission. Real Estate Listing Fees are not set by Law, and varies from Broker to Broker. Before you Hire a REALTOR, Interview them.
