Find out what Homes are selling for in your Area. Write a List of Deferred Maintenance of your Home, Interior and Exterior. Fix anything that is Financially possible that needs repair such as: Leaky Faucets, Broken Screens around Windows, Carpet Cleaning, Minor Landscaping etc. Meet with your Real Estate Agent for their Presentation to Sell your Home.
