This time last year the Mighty MO began to rise and quickly started pouring out into our city. Day by day businesses, facilities, and roads were closed due to the high waters. As the summer went on flooding continued, situations got better for some, and worse for others.

And people say there is nothing to do in this town!! Working as a Realtor(R) I find myself spending more time showing and listing homes than I do taking time to really value what my town has to offer! People relocating to the area always want to know what all there is to see and do, and even those that are just relocating to a new home within the city need reminded how lucky we are to live in a community that offers so many free and/or cheap family fun events.
