Purchasing A Home, Step by Step and the Definitions you will encounter. Part 6........... The Negotiations O.K. So we have made our offer now what? We wait. Wait for what ? A response to your offer. Why is it taking so long ? Well people looking to sell their homes are thinking how they will tell you that you have either insulted them with your low ball offer or discussing whether or not to leave you the swing set that the grand-kids might be using at there next address.
