buyers: Sellers don't you really want to sell your homes?

Here in Florida we enjoyed a wonderful sellers market, but times have changed and so did the market. I think it is very unfortunate that most sellers can't accept that the value of their home is lower than it was in 2005. In many instances much lower. It is a challenge to make homeowners who want, or need to sell their homes, understand that in order do that, in a reasonable period of time they are going to have to lower their prices. Open houses have become an issue with one of my listings. Florida real estate is bound to go back up in price. Just look at the winter you guys are having up North. Upstate New York has 11 feet (not inches) of snow. I have lived here too long I can hardly remember what a (0 comments)
