kids: Parenting the Only Job You Can't Quit!

I know this isn't about real estate, but it is probably something most of us can relate to. My mom used to say the "being a parent was the only job you can't quit", and boy was she right. My kids aren't kids anymore they are adults. Well age wise they are adults, I have 2 one of each kind. One of them is very responsible and does what he should most of the time.
