Alta Vista - Lakeway Austin TX - Market Report showing some promising activity. Alta Vista is a little pocket of homes in a gate community off 620 in Lakeway TX. This chart shows the activity through the second quarter, and notice the low days on market as well as the small differences in asking verse selling prices.
