Austin TX New Home Construction is going strong. As I reported last week, there are 23,000 new homes planned for the NW Austin area. Even down in the SW area, things are going hot and heavy as well. Bee Cave is growing tremendously and the neighborhoods of Falconhead and Falconhead West are almost complete. One of the biggest complaints I get from buyers is that they don't want a "cookie-cutter" house in a cookie cutter neighborhood.
