I've just listed a property that is a 3 bdrm, 2.1 bath home. It does need some work so you'd build sweat equity on this home that backs up to the woods and on a cul de sac. The county has it listed as a 2 brm but is actually a 3. The laundry is on the second floor which makes it real convenient. The yard is fenced in and landscaped. Well, went to the Twitterqueens here in Wilmington. It was interesting and now I have to figure it all out! Low budget marketing is definitely what I'm looking for and if blogging and everything they discussed worked for the presenters, I know it will work for me.
