I've just listed a property that is a 3 bdrm, 2.1 bath home. It does need some work so you'd build sweat equity on this home that backs up to the woods and on a cul de sac. The county has it listed as a 2 brm but is actually a 3. The laundry is on the second floor which makes it real convenient. The yard is fenced in and landscaped. The community is small and close to all major highways and a park. This is a gerat property for a first time buyer or an investor. Take advantage of the (0 comments)
Well, went to the Twitterqueens here in Wilmington. It was interesting and now I have to figure it all out! Low budget marketing is definitely what I'm looking for and if blogging and everything they discussed worked for the presenters, I know it will work for me.
