Mortgage Rates Lowest In 50 Years A release yesterday from Freddie Mac the 30-year fixed rate mortgage had an average of 4.57% for the week ending on July 15th, 2010 which was unchanged from the previous week. This compared to 5.14% a year ago. This ties an all time mortgage rate low for Freddie Mac's 39 year survey.
