The Youth World Championship Paint Horse Show is in it's final week and will end this Saturday. Youth from all over the United States bring their champion paint horses to this World Show here in Fort Worth Texas to compete for a World Championship title in various events. I'm amazed at the quality of these horses and the expert level of horsemanship these kids deliver in the competition. If you are looking for something to do, you should check it out. Weekly Fort Worth Texas Market Report The market remains flat even with decreasing inventory but the market action is also falling so this brings slight negative aspects to the market. Rates have moved downward after the small uptick last week and are still at record lows. Absorbtion rates are poor, with a showing 20 months of inventory. Ridgmar, A Great Neighborhood In Fort Worth Ridgmar is a great neighborhood, in fact it's where I have chose to live. My Wife and I with our dog Shorty love our early morning walks through the hills and tree lines streets. We have made many new friends in the neighborhood and are on the National Night Out Committee which will be held in Lenard Park on October 14th. I attended the East Parker County Chamber of Commerce Networking get together this morning at the Los Vaqueros Restaurant in Willow Park, Texas. It was attended by about 40 other business owners and members of 9 other Chambers around the Dallas, Fort Worth and Weatherford areas. I was able to meeting and share Reata Realty with 10 other business people while gathering cards and information about their business.
