Earlier today I wrote a post that talked about walking around things that could be a problem or a risk. Today may have been a weird holiday but after doing that post I started to think about it. After a brief encounter with a Doctor’s office and the way they handled a situation. I couldn’t help but think about how I handle my customers and clients.Here is the situation; while sitting in the doctor’s office the receptionist calls out a patients name and the patient starts to walk to the window.
