New national study ranks St. Charles County one of the healthiest counties in Missouri In the most recent eNewsletter from the St Charles County Economic Development Center (EDC) it noted St. Charles County MO has again been ranked one of the healthiest counties in Missouri based on a 2011 national study by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute. This year’s County Health Rankings Report placed St. Charles County No. 1 in Health Factors and No. 3 in Health Outcomes out of 114 Missouri Counties.
