O'Fallon MO Sellers and Home Buyers, who do you take advice from? When we were growing up our parents were always giving us advice. Things like, "Don't talk to strangers", Don't run with a stick in your hand", "Don't play with your food", ‘You just wait until your Dad gets home" or "Choose your friends wisely". Are you really SERIOUS about selling your O'Fallon Mo home? I have learned that there are two kinds of sellers in O'Fallon MO. There are those that just want to jump in and test the waters. They are not really serious and really have no motivation to sell. They generally say something like, "Well we will give it a try and if nothing happens, OH WELL, we will just take the house off of the market."
