A new hot water community energy system has been proposed for our city. With this system, a central heating plant uses pellets, or biomass fuels to heat the water, which is then distributed to various building for space heating and domestic water heating. Two major benefits: Each building does not need its own boiler or furnace, and renewable fuels can be used. Thus, this would allow our community to be more environmentally friendly, reducing our dependence on fossil fuels, as well as more cost effective. It features 74 rooms, a fitness facility, business centre, and more than 560 square feet of meeting space.
