It’s that time of year again and we can expect as many as 7,000 runners to participate in the 24th annual 3M Half Marathon. Plan on a hilly race as you take to running in the streets and through neighborhoods in our Texas Capital this Sunday January 20, 2019.
The good thing is the hills are mostly downhill. You’ll start at a peak elevation of almost 900 feet above sea level in the northern part of the city on Stonelake Boulevard, near Baby Acapulco Restaurant & Cantina. There are so many events going on in Austin..want to be with friends and family at the Willie Nelson live production at ACL for New Years Eve? How about Bob Schneider’s Lucky 13 at the Paramount Theater or the Masquerade Ball at the RIO or the NYE Dinner & Fireworks Cruise at the Lonestar Riverboat…. So many options!!
