Hard to believe it's July and the 4th is going to be in 2 days! I've been negotiating repairs on a listing, met with a seller to discuss some issues, worked on my Quarterly and Monthly Statistical Report (going out for delivery right after the 4th), enjoyed date night with Geno at one of our favorite restaurants at the Domain and logged some pool time (I thought of you Barbara Todaro).
Breaking news! Resolutions voted by the Austin City Council gave the okay to negotiate with Precourt Sports Ventures to construct a Major League Soccer Stadium and also to review plans from other developers for the 24-acre city … (18 comments)

These two brides are actually agents from my office from our Coldwell Banker "Wedding Night Party" in Las Vegas at our convention last October at our #Gen Blue conference! When I saw this on Pinterest I did a double take because as agents we really are like a wedding planner. We are matchmakers. We coordinate and bring together the perfect match for the grand finale - closing day! Just like a wedding day our goal is for a perfect ending after a great deal of preparation!

Summer is the perfect time to begin educating kids in understanding the value of smart money management practices. It’s our job as parents to instill in our children and grandchildren the importance of managing our money wisely.
Proper expectations of handling money will be become a habit that not only builds confidence but helps us make smart choices with our money. Saving a portion of our income needs to be taught early. Children learning to save will be much better money managers than others.

What a great week-end! Babysat for Handsome Hudson and Beautiful Beckett Friday night and Hudson lost his first tooth! Saturday was full with delivering baseball tickets won by clients in my client's for life program, a listing appointment, and negotiated repairs on a listing! Sunday was fun with family, helped Beckett & Hudson make blue berry muffins and hosted a very fun BBQ/swim party with the family for son's birthday!
Have you ever heard of the Rough Hollow neighborhood in Lakeway, TX? They won the MAX award for "Best master planned community" in 2016 and 2017.

A blazing hot week-end..summer is here! Our grandson Tyler graduated from HS early Saturday morning as family and friends came to support him. BBQ at his home and a new era will begin for him as he is college bound! We know his dad must be proud of him as he watches from above. Enjoyed having my brother and sister-in law stay with us..so many fond memories of traveling with them. I held an open house on Sunday and found "me time" for an hour in the pool.
