Recently a new electrical circuit to the monument lights at the Canyon Creek pool/park entrance was bid and the usual electrical contractors cost came in at whopping $10,000. With the cost of the new amenity center, pool furniture, etc. this was a large bite to swallow. One of our Canyon Creek HOA board members, Mark Weaver is an engineer and licensed electrician. I knew it wouldn't take long for this beautifully appointment home to catch the eye of many buyers. 10416 Canyon Vista Way in Canyon Creek came on the market late last Friday. After a successful open house on Saturday the offers starting coming in. By Sunday at noon my sellers made a decision and accepted a final and best offer with a quick closing.
