Recently a free driveway concert was held in the Canyon Creek Community! A former family who lived in Canyon Creek came to visit friends in March only to find themselves quarantined in Texas with the rest of us!

Four of the children of this family make up the AfroPunk/Indie Rock Band; We Don't Ride Llamas (Insta: @wdrll).
Due to all the encouraging words about their playing from the Canyon Creek residents they gifted us a free concert to lift all our spirits during this COVID-19 pandemic!

A big thank you to our Canyon Creek HOA Board. They've been working diligently planning and implementing the sprucing up of the landscaping on our main Boulevard in Canyon Creek. We are lucky to have an HOA Board that gives their time, expertise and skills to make a difference in our community.
 It's important to take care of our spectacular tree lined street running through our community. The added landscaping is beautiful. The landscapers were able to design and build the stone beds and install the plants before our rains came. Now we are enjoying the fruits of their labor. I love driving into our community!

 Home sales in Canyon Creek for March 2020 are out!
In March 2020 the average sold price increased year over year by 43%
The number of home sales increased by 200%!
 
In March 2019, 2 homes sold and in March 2020, 6 homes sold. New listings started to hit the market in February with 6 homes going under contact with average days on market of 2.5 days with multiple offers! Covid-19 hit in early March but Home Land Security deemed residential real estate an “essential” so we are working through our closings and listing new properties.
