March was an incredible month, who said real estate is slow! Our NW Coldwell Banker office crushed it with an incredible 32 agents eligible for the March Million Dollar Club by listing, writing business or closing sales of 1 million or more! We are adapting to the shift in the market of longer days on market, lower list prices, and increased inventory. It’s exciting to see everyone's hard work in servicing their clients and it paying off.

Geno loved showing me the world as he traveled most of his life. One year for New Year’s Eve he planned a very exciting trip to Hong Kong to ring in 2013! Of course, our traveling buddies, my brother and sister-in-law went, and we had so much fun exploring the sights and sounds in Hong Kong. The fireworks display is truly as spectacular as everyone touts!

Making time for special friends is something important to me. Birthday celebrations with these three are so special. The neat thing is one of these lovely ladies is my daughter Melissa. Many trips to Dallas Market were made with the 4 partners in crime, always having more fun than a group of gals should be allowed!
Did I mention one time we were joking and laughing so hard we took a turn to Ft. Worth and didn't even realize it. We tried the big hotels and then discovered Hotel ZaZA and found our "spot."

It's hard to believe its been seven years since Handsome Hudson was born! I still remember he waited to arrive until we came home from our Mediterranean vacation. It was such an exciting time for our family!
Sharon Tara made collages for her grandchildren which I loved so started making these when Hudson was four. It's fun going back to see my postings for age six, age 5 and age 4. I reviewed earlier photos and created a collage for the first three years so we would have one for every year! The changes are amazing!

There was lots of mileage for celebrations this July 4th, 2019 since it fell on a Thursday this year. Many events were crammed in for Handsome Hudson and Beautiful Beckett and it all started with singing Happy Birthday America!!
There were parades for so many local neighborhoods and since Beckett and Hudson live in Northwest Hills they were front and center with their friends and neighbors! I love the child like rapture of seeing these children embracing the meaning of Independence Day and celebrating and honoring our heroes that have made our county's freedom possible.

Today we celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary! Hard to believe we were married February 26, 1994 and headed off to Hawaii the next day for our honeymoon. This year we held a special party at the house and ordered fresh leis from Hawaii for family and a few close friends. My leis was a duplicate of the one I received when we landed and stayed at the Halekulani Hotel.

Over the July fourth week Beautiful Beckett and Handsome Hudson traveled with their parents to Bar Harbor Maine. It was a vacation centered around their parents good friends celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary. The wife‘s parents own “Thurston For Lobsters” and threw their daughter and husband a party including friends and family!
What a treat, a totally different environment than Austin Texas and they all enjoyed immersion into an old fashion July 4th celebration in Bar Harbor!

She is the baby in her family of an older sister (who just got her driver's permit) and brother!

My nephew's wedding day was last weekend on Sept.11th. We stayed in the Marriott Hotel in Cranberry Woods Township in north Pittsburgh as the wedding reception was being held in the ball room.
In the center of the lobby a magnificent fountain was enjoyed by many guests sitting and talking waiting for the events to begin. Oh, can you imagine the secrets this fountain has learned....of all the private conversations it has heard...Huummmm!
