We must be available to show our buyers the home quickly, run recent comparable sales, network with agents, talk with the listing agent to find our what the sellers are looking for, submit our highest and best offer and pray we win the bid!

Marley Bautista our Regional Marketing Director planned the best ever Coldwell Banker Holiday Party at The Oasis in the Starlight Terrace on the third floor. As the sun set across beautiful Lake Travis our favorite local band Suede played igniting the audience!
Over $4,500 worth of toys were collected for Austin Police Operation Blue Santa at the party! Each office has been collecting mountains of presents to add to our donation. It feels so good to know so many children are going to have a Merry Christmas!

On March 21st the Austin Multiple Listing Service (MLS) released their findings on Austin –area single –family homes. From their calculations home sales increased by 2.9% to 1,783 homes sales in February 2016 compared to the same month in 2015. Median single family home price increased 8.0% year over year reaching $269,900 in February 2016.

Growing up on 2 acres in upstate New York brings back lots of memories!  My older sister Sue and I loved to pick daisies, make bracelets and put daises in our hair :).  Bouquets were always picked to be displayed proudly in one of the many vases mom had for our flower picking escapades.  It was a much simpler time in our lives….one that I cherish.
