Good question Joan brings up and a topic often debated. In my opinion it all depends on if you want to receive buyer or seller calls. When a sign rider never goes up residents in the community don't know if your listing went under contract and actually sold! They think you weren't successful gettng it sold! We put up "Contract Pending/Taking Back Up" riders while the house is in the option period. When all repairs are negotiated and financing is approved up go the "SOLD" riders. Are You Practicing SST With Your Community?
I was holding an open house a few weeks ago and one of my past clients came in to see me.  He is one of the most caring and dedicated pastors I've had the pleasure to represent.  I listed their home and sold them a house in our community.  We are very fortunate to have him and his wife now reside in our neighborhood!
