Recently we have been interviewing pool companies to resurface our pool, redo the tile, do some stone work and add a handrail to facilitate entering and exiting the pool. This is not an inexpensive project so it is important to us to utilize a company that is knowledgeable, dependable, experienced, has good references and can complete the work in a timely fashion.

Saturday, October 18, 2014, the much anticipated Canyon Creek Fall Festival was held at Trailhead Park! The weather was perfect and the families streamed in dressed in some really creative costumes! It was so fun to visit with so many past clients and neighbors!
Our new sign for the entrance and the Scarecrows and pumpkin cutouts for photo ops were designed by Jennifer Galle. Jennifer is a resident who works for Effective Sign Solutions in Cedar Park and donated her time and the HOA provided the materials.

What a great week-end! Listed a wonderful single story Friday and enjoyed dinner with friends in the Domain on Friday night at North Restaurant (one of our favorities). Saturday took hundreds of photos at the Fall Festival in Canyon Creek in Trail Head Park ~ what an awesome event ~ greeted so many past clients ~ another record turnout. A colleague of mine experienced a very disheartening death of their beloved dog because he was bitten by a rattlesnake. Yes, those of us who live in Austin and back up to greenbelts will find there are rattlesnakes! It’s a fact of life and many pack firearms in case they need to kill one.

OMG what a busy week-end! I held two open houses (one Saturday and one Sunday) that were awesome! Son went to the the Clemson football game for a swimmer's reunion and we brought dinner Saturday night to daughter-in-law, Handsome Hudson and Beautiful Beckett and so enjoyed their company! What an awesome daughter- in law we have....such a wonderful mommy!
Granddaughter Hailey playing for Buchnell University girl's volley ball team beat Loyola Saturday....play Colgate this afternoon..go Bison's!! Sharon Tara, New Hampshire's Home Stager always creates such fun posts hi-lighting her grand-kids! She gave me some cool advice that her grandsons love "Twenty Trucks!" I never heard about Twenty Trucks so I Googled and found Amazon carried the videos and you received a T-shirt that says I can name "Twenty Trucks." Handsome Hudson loves trucks and he knows all of them. My package came in and Handsome Hudson is off to school for show and tell! Such a cute shirt for a true truck lover :).
