"Social Media Makes All The Difference"Yesterday, the Austin American-Statesman featured an article on how to get your home sold with lots of homes on the market.  Last week I spoke with Beth Bond with the Austin American-Statesman and she met us to take photos.  Great press coverage!

Measurement is a good thing.  How do we know how effective our marketing program is unless we measure our results? How do we know our production level is where we want it to be if we don't have goals and measure our production?  Results are only helful if we apply an effective way to measure and take time to analyze our results.
When it comes to the true measure of a man, I always liked a quote J.K. Rowling made:
"If you want to see the true measure of a man, watch how he treats his inferiors, not his equals."

Several years ago fraught with frustration over spending too much time and energy taking our own pictures of our listings we got smart!  Really there was nothing wrong with our pictures that a much better camera and operator couldn't fix!  We wouldn't have won any prizes, but, we thought maybe an honorable mention!! LOL...
We tried out several photographers and are very happy with the one we have been using the last three years.
