There is an adjustment taking place in our real estate market. Inventory is building, and in Canyon Creek the 7 active homes have been on the market an average of 53 days. Inventory is rising and homes are taking longer than a few weeks to sell. This is giving buyers a little more breathing room and some welcome relief. The headlines are showing alarming inventory levels but remember we have been looking at weeks and sometimes days of inventory and now we are looking at months.
