May 2024 is showing, even with increased inventory, home sale prices YoY are  stable. The list to sell ratio is 99.8%. We are seeing a lull in activity with interest rates bouncing around but there is still enthusiasm among buyers for fresh, well-presented, and reasonably priced homes.

Google Fiber is coming to our section of Canyon Creek! They have been working their way through our community and use a technique called Micro Trenching, where they cut between the asphalt and the concrete curb to install the fiber line. Their expansion includes many new addresses and you can check your address for availability on their site.
We just had new asphalt laid in our section of the community and finished last week! It’s too bad Google Fiber hadn’t already expanded to our section but the City had the new asphalt scheduled.

Great news! I'm delighted to share that my latest listing in Canyon Creek, located at 10218 Open Gate Drive, has closed. I stopped over the day before closing to make sure the house was cleaned, yard mowed, garbage cans emptied, put away and left a sheet for the buyer and their agent for their walkthrough with important details they might need to know for the home.
