Yesterday I was in the office when my cell phone rang. I didn’t recognize the number, but it showed a name I thought I recognized. It was so rewarding to once again assist my previous client in helping a family member, secure an amazing new construction home. We sat down with the builder and hammered out a contract August, 2020 and just closed May 12, 2022! Needless to say it was a process with COVID and supply chain issues. Congratulations to my repeat client! I love reconnecting with clients I meet even as far back as 1992 when I sold Nelly and her husband this property in the Milwood community at 12406 Blossomwood Drive, Austin TX 78727. I've stayed in touch over the years and even consoled Nelly when her husband died 3 years ago. They loved their home with it's magnificent trees, vaulted ceiling and tranquil park-like back yard. The other day I had a call from a couple I sold a home to 19 years ago!  I remember them well as their sale happened in my first year in Real Estate.  They fell in love with a property across from a park and have been very happy with their home.
