The sellers listened to the market when it spoke to pricing. Canyon Creek original owner, friend and our accountant for over 20 years closed on his home the first day of summer. It was my pleasure to represent him. The lender for the buyer was less than punctual with closing but everyone worked together to make it happen. Sometimes it takes a village.
