sold in canyon creek: Closed the first day of summer in Canyon Creek - 06/22/19 07:44 AM
Canyon Creek original owner, friend and our accountant for over 20 years closed on his home the first day of summer. It was my pleasure to represent him. The lender for the buyer was less than punctual with closing but everyone worked together to make it happen. Sometimes it takes a village.
What a kitchen to work in, host and share family meals. Opening to the main living and into the sun room overlooking the pool is a real plus!
I wasn't surprised buyers fell in love with the tall ceilings, columns, crown molding and updated light fixtures. Simple, cheerful and inviting.
