I came to terms on repairs for my latest listing, showed property Saturday and had dinner with Geno and some favorite friends downtown for dinner celebrating their anniversary and my birthday that fall on the same day. The weather was delightful this week-end and everyone exhibited spring fever! The green houses were full with gardeners as well as open houses full of buyers. What a week-end! We enjoyed lots of rain and I worked with 2 different clients buying new construction. Happy New Years everyone! Just got back late last night from a wonderful time with all our kids and grand kids on a Celebrity Cruise in the Southern Caribbean.
