It’s the last day of June and we are headed into the July 4th week! Both Saturday and Sunday I held Open Houses and in between scheduled 2 listing appointments for the week. Saturday date night with Geno was fantastic and Sunday late afternoon we enjoyed the squeals of delight from Handsome Hudson swimming in our pool! I'm soon to be headed to a walk through and closing but first let's enjoy some computer humor together! Grab a cup of your favorite brew........

Can't believe June is coming to a close! The weather has been spectacular! Had a busy Saturday with showings and date night with Geno at our favorite place...Eddie V's. What a week-end! Our precious granddaughter Hailey graduated from Westwood HS in NW Austin and she is DONE.... Off to Bucknell University in August. We celebrated with family and enjoyed a great week-end of the Commencement Exercises, dinners and lucheons. After the dust cleared and everyone went home it was back to negotiating repairs on a house for my buyers...we are close!! Now, it’s the first Monday of June and soon we will be halfway through 2014!
