OMG what a week-end! One of my new listings received multiple offers and is under contract! Another listing that went under contract last week, had inspections Friday and we came to terms on repairs Sunday. On Saturday I met with some past clients with a builder to see if building will be an option for them and held an open house Sunday afternoon that was crazy!  Our littlest grandson Hudson (8+months old) came over to swim after the open house and I'm sure he slept well last night! Happy Memorial Day! What a week-end..Austin has enjoyed thunder storms, lighting and precious rain!! It cleared off yesterday while we had the kids and grand-kids over for pool party time! I showed property, got an offer on a new new listing and am getting ready for a new listing to come on the market tomorrow..life is good! We know it’s a seller’s market. We got here as quickly as possible to view your home and see if we should write an offer! My agent spent 10 minutes clomping around the outside of the house to locate the lockbox to obtain a key. She finally found it attached to a hose bib on the side of the home 2 feet above the ground (oh did I mention it was raining and muddy). Sunday, May 12, 2013 was Mothers Day!  Our 6 grandchildren all came over to “open” the pool!  Paw Paw made sure that all ages 8 months to 17 years were able to swim comfortably.  Early in the morning he turned the heater on to remove any possible chill. That’s what Paw Paws are for...taking special care of his flock!  Of course, at the end of the day he was in bed by 8:30!!!
