I read an article on pre-listing home inspections that I'm going to share with you all today. I found it on Inman. I have always liked the idea of pre-listing inspections and appraisals simply because I don't like surprises and neither do sellers. A pre-listing inspection will reveal those things the seller is not aware of and can take care of prior to the listing or simply choose to disclose in their Seller's Statement. The last thing we want from a buyer's inspection are surprises and renegotiating.
