...this weekend is Daytona 500 weekend. This epic race kicks off the 2021 NASCAR season. Who's your favorite driver? This year, I'm going with Ricky Stenhouse Jr., but I have many favorites. Next up is Baseball! Now that the Super Bowl Champion(s) have been crowned we turn to Spring Training. I'm hoping our Boston Red Sox are contenders this year

National Autism Awareness Month AND today, April 2nd, is World Autism Day, which was adopted by the UN on 18 December 2007. 1 in 68 children are currently diagnosed with disorders on the Autism spectrum. Some are mild and others more severe.
These diagnoses can cause parents some angst and feelings of being overwhelmed. It is a challenge, for sure, but there is help available through Applied Behavioral Analysis. realtors: My House is Worth...

I just got finished reading an article from the National Association of Realtors forwarded from another source regarding sellers, their perspective on the value of their property and reality. I know there have been several occasions when the homeowner has an inflated opinion of the value of their property, for a variety of reasons, and many times they base it in predictive websites such as ZILLOW. Now, the NAR article did not mention predictive websites but those websites are not a good indicator of market value, in my opinion. Here's the link to the article by the NAR.
