The Boston Red Sox PEARCED the Los Angles Dodgers for their 8th World Series Championship and 4th of this century!!! Both Endre Barath, Jr. and I are ecstatic today. For much of my life we, in Red Sox Nation were long-suffering, making it to the World Series but never winning the whole thing. I was happy with 1 World Series win and thought "I can die in peace now"...lol To be fair, the Dodgers were a formidable team and have appeared in many a Series but this year the Red Sox were the team to beat.

Even though we are now officially in September! For Real Estate the Fall market is upon us, although I don't anticipate much difference than we've experienced all year. Continued low inventory and high demand will keep prices trending upwards. The vast majority of the stock is in existing homes. New home construction has slowed and upper-end homes are not moving as fast.
BUT, for the fun part of September...The Fall fairs have begun to start. My favorite local farm Cider Hill Farm, owned by friends Glenn & Karen Cook have pressed the seasons first Apple Cider. Their son Chadd also developed an award-winning … (6 comments)

Although it is only September 1st and it's still technically Summer, I know Fall is right around the corner. School started. The weather has become cooler in the evenings, the windows are still open but you need a blanket. Some trees are already shedding their leaves and there is more squirrel activity. The daylight hours do not contain much humidity and the Red Sox have a 4½ game lead over the dastardly Yankees. Can it get better? You bet it can! Do you know what the confirming bit of evidence Fall is right around the corner is? Drum roll, please...
There is more to life than Real Estate. My intention is to provide not only Real Estate information but items that we all face and experience in our daily journey through life.
