rent: Should I or Should I?? - 07/16/22 09:29 AM

rent: Does Homeownership Really Matter? - 02/19/19 05:22 AM
To rent or buy?... That's an age-old question. I get that question all the time from people that rent. It all depends on their situation BUT Real Estate ownership is the hands-down best way to produce wealth. Your rent dollars just fly out the window and are gone forever.

Another area I'm not completely sold on is, renters being worse off in % of income being used for housing. Renters do not have maintenance expenses and many do not utilize renters insurance (which they should and they pay no Real Estate tax bills (I know, … (6 comments)

Than selling? KCM has shared an article from Trulia which purportedly shows that owning is cheaper than renting. Naturally, I always think it is better and less expensive to own your home instead of renting it. I'm speaking in generalized overall terms.
