resolutions: It's A New Year... - 01/01/21 11:14 AM
...and hope runs eternal.
The only resolution I'm making to take everything 1-day at a time. I can't do anything about yesterday except learn from it. Funny what hindsight offers. (p.s. I won't say hindsight is 2020).
There's nothing I can do about tomorrow except prepare for it even though I don't know what it holds or even if I have tomorrow or even next breath! Thus, I only have this present moment in time to live in.
Now, I do have plans.

resolutions: In a Few Short Hours... - 12/31/19 08:21 AM
...It will be the New Year 2020! Each New Year is met with expectations, hopes, resolutions, and new or old goals. I'm really taken by the fact that Y2K was, what seems, just a couple of years ago BUT it's now 21 years later!!!

When we change Presidents I think there is renewed energy among people. I predict another good year for Real Estate. As rates continue to trend up it may send an action signal to sellers AND buyers.
A quick thought...Does it seem like Y2K was almost 2 decades ago...LOL
