According to a recent story in our local newspaper, the Montana jobless rate is down again for the 6th month in a row to 6.5%. This is good news for all Montanan's and locally we are starting to feel the effects of an improving economy. Rental activity is heavy here, and we are seeing many newcomers to Great Falls. Military, Doctors, Nurses, Construction Workers and all sorts of Retail, Restaurant and Service industry workers are all showing up here because jobs are available. Confidence in Real Estate is high.
