Based on the activity I am getting on my listings and the number of multiple offers I am starting to see in the South Orange County area it appears to be the bottom of the market for now! What do you think? Have you noticed the shift in the market? it seems like the investors and bottom fishers have started buying again and that they all of a sudden feel like we have hit the bottom and therefore they are starting to buy again! … (0 comments)
