Well Jacksonville Florida future homebuyers, all good things must and do come to an end. It seems that while we still have Florida Bond (Bond Money) and the Head Start to Homeownership programs available for down payment and closing cost assistance available we are losing a valuable option.
For the past year or so the Jacksonville Florida (Duval County) area has been declared a GO Zone due to the disaster area exemption.
