If you're anything like me, the process of helping someone find a new home can be so exciting that it is possible to overlook one very important issue; how much are you going to get paid?! After all the house hunting seeing that glimmer in your buyer's eye when they've found "the one" is so rewarding it's easy to forget you are working to earn a living for yourself! I find that while writing the offer I get so caught up in my client's details that I consistently forget to ask the co-broke one very important question: what are you offering … (4 comments)
