royal oaks: New Home Plans coming to Whetstone West from Royal Oaks Building Group

This is just a quick note to let folks know that we have some new floorplans coming to our subdivison that are already getting a lot of interest! Whetstone West is a small subdivision in the town of Angier, located just a two miles south of Wake County, and the Raleigh, Cary, and Fuquay-Varina area. We are also just 45 minutes to Fort Bragg and Fayetteville and very convenient for people wanting to live between these two booming areas. IT IS ALL ABOUT ATTITUDE!! Now when I say that to my ten year old little girl it means something entirely different. Of course she watches way to much "tween TV" on the Disney Channel also. I am talking about our attitude as real estate agents and Realtors. We all know what it is like when we are out in public. What is the question we get asked every day, particularly during this challenging economy? How's the market? Selling anything? Can you survive out there? Tough isn't it?
