Over the last 15+ years I have shown a few homes in Silver Spring, MD and beyond that had a [very] strange vibe. Some of these homes were warm, cozy, and welcoming when we first entered. Nothing seemed off at first glance, all felt normal until we entered the basement that is. On a few occasions, my buyers and I turned right back around and left. It's hard to put into words what exactly happened, but at the end of the day, it doesn't really matter. When my buyer is creeped out, it's not the right house!
