When I woke up this Monday morning, the first message I saw was that of another 5 star review on Google. Besides ratifying a contract, or having a settlement to attend, this is my favorite way to start the week! 
I am so appreciative when my clients take the time to pen a few words and make it publicly known how pleased they were. It is always wonderful to read what exactly stood out to them. experienced buyer agent in silver spring: House hunting in times of scarcity - 02/18/22 10:05 AM
I've been enjoying a few days of spring-like weather over the last couple of weeks, soaking up all the rays and gathering strength for the next round of waiting in line to see a property with my buyers and elbowing our way through it. 
Alright, the latter is a bit exaggerated but not by much! There are no physical altercations, but there are lines at public open houses. Lines to score a parking spot, lines to get up the stairs or waiting to come back down, lines to peek in a bathroom.
